Baltic Payroll & HR Solutions runs recruitment services for around 60 client companies alongside our core payroll and HR administration business. We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to grow this side of the business from our Warsaw office. Position Overview: you will manage the full recruitment cycle for client vacancies, mostly office, finance and light-industrial roles across Poland, from intake call to offer stage. - Client intake: run intake calls to turn a vague brief into a workable role profile and realistic timeline - Sourcing: build shortlists through direct sourcing and our existing candidate database of roughly 12,000 profiles - Interviewing: run first-stage interviews and prepare candidates for client-side interviews - Pipeline reporting: keep clients updated weekly, even when there is nothing new to report Qualifications: 3-6 years in recruitment, agency or in-house, Polish C1 and English B2, and the resilience to keep a search moving when a client keeps changing the brief.
