Baltic Payroll & HR Solutions runs outsourced payroll and HR administration for around 210 client companies across Poland, with a growing book of business in Germany and the Baltic states. We currently process payroll for close to 38,000 employees every month, on a mix of Polish, German and English-language contracts. About 95 people work from our Warsaw office across payroll operations, HR administration and client support, organised into account teams of 5-8 so each client has a consistent point of contact.
