Vltava Facility Services is looking for a maintenance technician to cover general repairs and upkeep across three office buildings in Prague’s Smíchov district. You’ll handle the daily ticket queue — anything from a flickering light to a stuck door closer or a dripping tap — plus scheduled checks on fire doors, extinguishers and emergency lighting. About 15–20 tickets come in on a typical week across the three buildings. We’re looking for a trade background (electrical, plumbing or general maintenance) and at least a year doing this kind of work, plus Czech B1 to talk through issues with tenants and building managers. Tools and a van are provided. Salary €1,700–2,000 gross per month, reflecting the local market for this role.
