We're adding a second operator to the drivetrain assembly line for the new HG-42 gearbox programme, which ramps up at Bergmann's Munich plant this quarter. You'd join a crew of nine working the sub-assembly stations — bearings, seals, shaft press-fit — before the unit goes to final torque-to-spec testing. No experience required as long as you're reliable and comfortable standing for a full shift; we train everyone on our own stations over the first two weeks, paired with a senior operator. Shifts rotate on a 3-week cycle (early, late, night), and Saturdays happen a few times a year when a customer programme is behind. German B1 is enough to follow toolbox talks and safety briefings. If you've worked a production line before, even outside automotive, that counts for something here. Pay starts at €1,950–2,250 gross per month depending on shift rotation, plus a canteen subsidy.
