Bergmann Antriebssysteme is a tier-1 automotive supplier headquartered in Munich, producing transmission housings, gear sets and drivetrain assemblies for passenger and light commercial vehicle programs across Germany, France and Czechia. Our main plant runs three production halls totalling around 40,000 square metres, supplying eleven OEM platforms from a single site. Roughly 700 of our 900 employees work in production and quality across three shifts; the rest covers engineering, supply chain and administration. Most of our shift leads and quality engineers started on the shop floor, and we still promote that way.
