Responsabilidades

build and maintain our monthly management reporting, cash runway model and hiring-plan scenarios, working closely with the two co-founders
close our own books by the 5th working day of the month, the same standard we hold our clients to, so this is not a role for someone who lets numbers drift

Requisitos

3-6 years in FP&A or a similar analytical finance role
genuinely comfortable in spreadsheets and SQL
fine with a job that has no org chart to hide behind
English C1 is what we need day to day; Dutch is not required

Condiciones

€3,700-4,500 gross per month
fully remote within CET ±2, with occasional trips to Amsterdam for the team week

About 34 of us work out of an office near Amsterdam Oost — engineers, client-facing accountants and support, in roughly equal parts. We take on around 60 new clients a month and close their books by the fifth working day. Every month, no exceptions.
