Vellano Hotel Group operates eleven properties across Milan and Rome, from a 220-room flagship near Milan's fashion district to smaller boutique hotels close to Termini station. The group employs close to 700 people across front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and back-office teams, with a hiring push every spring ahead of the tourist season. Most department heads were promoted internally, and the group runs its own twelve-month hospitality trainee programme every year. We are family-controlled with a professional management layer, and we still open every new property with at least one manager who started on the front desk.
