Taula Restauración runs eight restaurants and a catering arm across Barcelona, from a tapas bar in Gràcia to a 140-cover dining room near Passeig de Gràcia. Between the venues and the events kitchen, we employ around 120 people, with a hiring peak every spring and again before the Christmas events season. Each restaurant has its own head chef and floor manager, and the catering team runs weddings, corporate dinners and product launches across the city. Most of our senior kitchen staff started as commis or line cooks in one of our own venues.
